The staff here are rude and ignorant. Very poor customer care.
They only want you to order the food but do not ask any questions about the food, even if it is important to your health.
I tried to enquire before placing an order how the food is prepared and cooked before serving as i can not tolerate food that is too oily or too much sauce but enjoy the fried noodles when less oil is used and minimal sauce.
When i asked the person taking my order if the food will be prepared by adding oil when they heat it in the pan the person just made a face as if she did not understand why i was asking a question or that question. It seemed right from the start that she was irritated that i dared to ask a question about the food. The person taking the order then called another member of staff over to help translate as she seemed unable to understand my questions about the quantity of oil and sauce used to prepare the food. The second member of staff then asked me what was the query, I then explained that i wanted to know if the chef added oil when preparing the food as i would like no added oil or the very least possible when my food is prepared. The second member of staff then looked at the first member of staff and started laughing and making an awkward look on their faces as if to say this guy is a weird for asking this question. She then said no oil is added we just serve it as you can see it in the display. At this point i tried to ask again if the food was heated in a pan before serving so as to make sure that no extra oil would be used but In the end both members of staff were unhelpful and just ignored the point of my question and gave me the impression that they were irritated that i was asking them any questions at all other than ordering from their menu.
So i placed my order and then waited for the food. When the food was served, (Veg noodles + Udon noodles + Salt + Pepper Chicken + Fish) I looked in the box and the Chicken and Fish were covered in oil and sauce, underneath were the noodles that were also now covered in oil and sauce. It was very clear to me that the chicken and fish were cooked in oil and covered in sauce and then this was served on top of the noodles.
If the members of staff serving on the counter took the time to listen to my request they would have got this order right.
Ā£8+ for a very oily meal that did not go down well.
I doubt i shall return
My tip for the team: Do not laugh in customers faces who ask about the way the food is prepared, they are the ones who are going to eat the food and they are the ones who...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreLamb curry: Nothing like photograph or description. Was bland and stodgy. Singapore rice: Bland with 1 notable spice flavour. Noodles: Bland Wings: About the only acceptable part, probably because they were coated in a generic over sweet sauce. Fortune cookie: Must be out of date as the one I had was inedible.
*editing my review in reply to the hilarious owner response: *
I tried to be objective and fair with my origonal review, but given you havnt taken the critisim well, or have tried to turn it onto me, I will now speak my mind....
Instead of addressing the issues outlined in my review, you have opted to attempt a dig at me and justify your poor performance against other reviews I have left? That's not how this works, I Ieft a negative review because the food was so poor I couldn't eat it. It was so dire it was refunded by Deliveroo/uber. Also to note, your statement about me leaving comments for others as "bland" is a total LIE, I havnt left such comments to any other takeout but yourselves. This nullifying most of your response.
You further mention I should have medical tests because your food was so tasteless I couldn't bear to eat the stodgy gruel served to me? Maybe you should get tested for denial, denial to believe the food I received on this occasion wasnt up to the standard of other reviews. Or a basic standard expected of any take out.
The fact you were quiet happy to send out food that looked comparable to dog food speaks volumes about the type of buisness you operate. Infact, that's an insult to dog food.
How am I supposed to sample food on a delivery order? To quote yourselves "Really have a quiet word with yourself and think about that"
Your comments regarding the 0 star rating are simply rude. 0 stars means it's so bad it doesn't deserve a rating. I think that suitably fits the bill with the sheer state of what I received.
Please, if you are thinking of ordering from these insults to Chinese/Indian cuisine please opt to order from somewhere else. I am not the only person who had an insult to food delivered to their door. Check other reviews. I would hazard a guess a good portion of the 5* reviews are from false accounts, or people that wouldn't know good food if it was thrown in their face.
Overall your response to critisim is childish, rude and filled with denial.
Will not be ordering again. Google need to add a 0...
