Saturday 13th May 2023 roughly 22:30 i ordered the Pestuno, I requested the chef wash his hands because I'd noticed he was touching his face. Eventually I agreed to proceed without hands being washed.

My Pizza came out and the lady staff member took something out of the fridge and brushed it over the pizza (which wasn't done the last time) it's not until we finished the pizza at home (myself and guest) we noticed how oily the box was (unlike before).

I called the shop and ask what was this substance on my pizza because it was very oily, the lady advised this was the extra garlic I requested, I advised the pizza wasn't this oily on my previous order and took her through the steps of what I witnessed.

The lady took a unknown substance out from somewhere and brushed it all over my pizza just before cutting.(this didn't happen before)

The lady advised this was oil she brushed on. (I can only wonder why a pizza would require extra oil on top of the general oil most pizzas create once cooked, unless requested for? Which I didn't)

I feel like I've drank pure oil and feel this was done out of spite (requesting the chef wash his hands)

We ordered a family size meal around £30 (40%) on Justeat deal, never tried their (Fireaway) food before and was a bit of a gamble (Justeat can be a bit hit and miss lol). It was a takeout order delivery.

I have absolutely no regrets. A fantastic, authentic, tasty hit, with my family. Quality was on point, three 12 inch pizzas, and garlic bread with a dessert as well and a bottle of soda. Cooked to perfection, absolutely no concerns of potential food poisoning. Seriously it's hard to find any decent takeaway places that takes the right precautions when cooking take out. Everyone wanted more because it was so tasty.

And if the food wasn't enough they also threw in a sweet freebie of what I believe was a strawberry milkshake with a really sweet message on it. I mentioned this last because seriously -even without the milkshake- it would have gotten a good review just because the food was on point. But a milkshake never hurts! I am a huge fan and definitely keeping this place on my go to list for that craving of good pizza for special treats. Thanks Fireaway! Great service and we were made to feel very special! I didn't take photos sadly we ate it...
