Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Nottingham

First time ordering papa johns,

Paid delivery £4 Call from the driver an hour later asking me to walk half a mile up the road as he missed a turn and had to drive all the way round, politely reminded him I was not willing to get fully dressed and walk to collect a pizza with I paid to be delivered to my door, I was hung over and ordered comfort food. driver gets angry says he is taking the delivery back to the store, I’m fine with this - ring the store to get a refund, Manager answers puts me on hold for 10 minutes then she also asks me to walk half a mile to collect my order, ask her for the refund, again on hold for 10 mins then tells me the driver will be there in 15 mins, I explain that I do not want the cold pizza anymore I would like a refund she tells me this is impossible as he is now coming to my door. I get charged for an order I never received and just cannot believe the customer service received. Takes me 2 week to get the refund through the...

Absolutely awful, staff have no training and absolutely no care. They clearly have no quality control and I will never be ordering from here again. I ordered a 'all the meats' pizza a week ago that had only 1 slice of pepperoni and 6 sausage meatballs on it, it tasted like crap and no one would answer the phone for a complaint. After a week of back and forth emails I got a code for a free pizza as an apology, tonight I decided to give them a second chance and use this, I ordered some extra dips and sides... they turned up wrong. I wanted chicken poppers and got jalapeños and they sent the wrong garlic dips. After calling there was a brief discussion between staff that we could here, no ownership or apology, we were passed over to the delivery driver who just seemed confused and said he would bring us the chicken. Customer service was disgusting. Never, ever be ordering...

Very disappointed i went to the alfreton road shop to order some pizza and sides. The lady never repeated the order and never bother to check. Went home with the order. Found out that the order is wrong. So i called the shop to ask if they can exchange the pizzas as it is NOT what i ordered so her answer was that i order already and paid and they can't do nothing ( totally unacceptable how they treat their customers like . I think it is unfair to pay £31 for food that i dont like. (I swear i didnt even eat it) They never even bother to offer a solution or any customer service what so ever.
