Domino's Pizza - Plymouth - Mutley Plain — Restaurant in Plymouth

This establishment has been on the decline for quite a while. Out of the 4 or 5 deliveries we have had this year, we have been wholly happy with only 1. This is unacceptable for a company that used to take customer service very seriously.

After our last experience we have had enough and will no longer be using Domines in Plymouth.

Our pizza arrived to us barely warm and with hardly any chicken on it. We complained on line as the last time we complained, we waited 45 minutes for our replacement, and we were very hungry. This complaint was dealt with by head office who passed it on to the local branch.

We have received a call today and my wife was basically accused of making it all up. The person on the phone said that she had checked CCTV for timings of when the delivery left and that my wife "said" it was only warm, implying that she was lying. Not once did she apologise. I have since found out that this Irish lady is in fact the Franchisee for the South West, and with her at the helm, it is no wonder their customer service is so poor.

She seems to see a complaint as a personal insult, not an opportunity to put things right and keep a loyal customer.

Well we may only be 2 people, but these two people will now be ordering from Pizza...

Never liked too much Domino’s pizza as there always occured issues with the quality of it. However, I never wrote good or bad reviews, but I am kind of fed up and it’s my money that’s in play. Tonight, I have order a chicken feast pizza and was excited to enjoy it with a movie. Also, I am lover of thin crust pizza and like it crispy. At first, didn’t look too bad but neither crispy as I have requested it. However, I tried not paying attention to that and started eating it. First slice felt gummy but kept eating as I thought was just in my brain. By the second slide, I felt a disgusted towards it. Turned my flashed light on, and discovered that I was eating plain raw dough. This is unacceptable and not safe to consume. Let alone the raw dough, but what about that poor chicken which couldn’t have possibly cooked and reached the right intensity and temperature to consume safe. Sorry to be so direct but it’s my health at risk and so, the least I can do is to never order again from Domino’s and leave not such a welcomed and pleasurable review....

Ordered vegi supreme and 2 portions of chips. Domino's took our money and told us it would take 30 minutes. Received a call after 15 mins to say they didn't have the toppings for that pizza. (No onions, no tomatoes, no mushrooms and no garlic!) We agreed to alternative toppings. The pizza did not arrive for another hour and when it did it was cold, there was only one portion of chips which were also cold. My cousin rang Dominos and very politely expressed our disappointment with this service. She was greeted with a complete lack of concern or interest, no apology, no offer of a refund. We are frankly astonished that a company of such renown has provided substandard food, substandard service and clearly does not care about its customers. We would never recommend Domino's based on this experience and it is apparent from other reviews that we are not the first to receive such appalling food and service.
