I visited this restaurant on 27/05/2025 11:30am , and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior of one of the staff members. The girl working at the billing counter was extremely arrogant and unprofessional throughout the visit. She showed a noticeable difference in how she interacted with customers smiling and being friendly toward English guests, but completely cold and dismissive toward Asians. I was not greeted with even a basic smile or courtesy, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, I overheard her speaking in Hindi to her colleague, making disrespectful comments about a customer. Such behavior is completely inappropriate and suggests a discriminatory attitude, which is deeply troubling in a service setting. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the management takes immediate action to train staff on professionalism, respect, and inclusivity. All customers deserve to be treated equally, regardless of their background.

This time around we were missing both our sides from our combo deals and rang up to see if we could either be refunded or whether we could actually get the things we were missing (don’t live far away so could have easily been delivered or we could pick up). Was told by the woman on the phone that we could only get the items we ordered if we bought something else so they could process the order. I’ve never heard of a rule like that before and it’s frankly ridiculous that the customer is expected to part with money and buy something extra they don’t want simply to be able to get the items they ordered. Very poor customer service. P.s. £6 for one slice of mediocre cake is...

The wings that fell off the bone created a whirlpool of emotions I only felt once as a child, when my mum held me on a cold Sunday evening.
Just when I thought it couldn't get better - SABEEZ caresses the balls with incredible sides; my personal favourite being the peri rice and the coleslaw but there are no wrong answers.
Then the coldest, crispiest diet coke to wash it all down with.
I am not sponsored by SABEEZ but if they had a loyalty card I would keep it in my wallet over my driving...
