Staff were talking among themselves about how much could you put in the shaker. The other staff said you wouldn't be able to fit 4 in. But she carried on and did it and just put more cream in to cheat because she couldn't be bothered. At the end, I heard the other staff member say that it was caramel when it was supposed to be strawberry and white chocolate but she laughed and still served the wrong products. Visited recently and loved my drink, I was welcomed with a great smile from a young and pretty girl called Alisia. This made the 40 year old man working there look like a right grumper. Then again, he is 40 working at a costa.

The drinks were great and the muffin was to die for! I will be wanting to come back, as long as that man has the day off haha. Bless him, he could do with a holiday. I recommend the frappes...
