Pumpkin, Preston Station — Restaurant in Preston

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided in Pumpkin Spice Cafe just now at 19:20pm at Preston train station. An asian lady announced loudly and explicitly that she was closing the cafe at 19:15pm and was insisting people leave, a group of train passengers entered the cafe for a quick purchase and got told the same treatment and that she was closing, she wasn’t allowing anyone to purchase a coffee (most likely because she had just cleaned it). I confronted her in a calm manner before I left and asked for her name which she refused to give (this I understand is upon discretion) I explained to her that her behaviour was unprofessional and that she had lost the company a lot of money by refusing to serve. A very young Asian male staff member who was stood next to her shouted to me “is this your shop though?” To which I left.

This is not how they should be treating paying customers. Definitely need re training on people skills.

Somebody should please tell me why I tried to retrieve my too-good-to-go order in the 3rd of February just a few minutes to pick up time which was 7pm and the boy in the shop refused to open the door? He plugged his earphones in and absolutely refused to look at the door way. Two other girls came for their order as well and we were knocking continuously at the door but he refused to speak to us.
