Tiramisu Soufflé Pancakes: Imagine biting into a cloud that's been dipped in espresso and dusted with cocoa powder. That's the magic of these pancakes. Each airy bite melts in your mouth, releasing a symphony of flavors: the subtle coffee kiss, the rich mascarpone cream, and the bittersweet cocoa dancing on your tongue. It's like tiramisu reimagined as a masterpiece of fluffy perfection.
Nutella Hazelnut Latte: This wasn't just a latte; it was a warm hug in a cup. The perfectly steamed milk was infused with a subtle hazelnut aroma, perfectly complementing the rich Nutella that swirled within. Each sip was smooth, indulgent, and the perfect counterpoint to the pancakes' light sweetness.
The Verdict: Fluffy Fluffy is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth and a penchant for the extraordinary. Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I could tell there was something special about it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. You can sense the pride and care that goes into everything here — it’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavour, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully selected. It’s rare to find somewhere that manages to be both authentic and refined at the same time, but this place achieves it effortlessly. Each bite felt like it had been prepared with genuine passion and attention to detail.
The service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive without ever being overbearing, and they struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Sam, the owner, deserves a special mention — his warmth, passion, and dedication truly set the tone for the entire place. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he’s built. That kind of energy filters through the whole team and makes the dining experience feel personal and memorable.
Overall, this is more than just a great restaurant — it’s a reflection of what happens when passion, quality, and service come together perfectly. A true gem that I’ll definitely be returning to and...

First, it took a long time to serve- understandable since they just recently opened and people wanted to try something new. However, while we were waiting for our pancakes, a group of people just came upstairs to be seated and after a few minutes, they had already received their orders. Where in fact, we were there before them and I swear haven’t seen them ordering before us. (I guess because they’re of the same nationality as the staff at the counter 😕) I hope they change this behaviour. They need to be fair in serving customers.
Second, the pancakes were good. We ordered the Matcha and Classic pancakes. Both were fluffy, matcha was good, not too sweet and was the right balance.
Third, when I went to get tap water (it was self-service), the glasses were not washed properly, it was still greasy, and I could see some marks (residue of chocolate sauce, cream, etc.) so I didn’t gamble not drink any of the tap water) I was not able to tell the staff since they were really busy. But I hope they do clean it thoroughly next time.
I believe they can still improve...
