Honestly speaking I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. ‘Bottomless Brunch’ are you kidding me?? I would say, a very unethical way of luring customers into the place!!
What is actually bottom less are the drinks that too hot drinks not included. If you don’t drink alcohol this place is a total waste of your time and money.
My friend and I went to this place expecting to have a scrumptious ‘bottom less brunch’ as advertised, to the point that we did not have breakfast today!
However we were shocked when we opened the menu. The front page says bottom less brunch when we opened the menu it says bottom less drinks. We had 2 non alcoholic drinks each and one brunch meal and we had to pay £33 plus £5 as tip ( which was our decision totally)
When we wanted to order for a hot drink the lady who served us said that would be extra. We said it was ok. However I think even she felt the £33 was exorbitant that she did not charge us for the hot drinks.
When we wanted to swap one item on the plate with something else the lady said they would tell us what is available to swap and when my friend wanted an extra portion of avocado they said that would be 40 pence extra!!!!! However I think she felt sorry for us and did not charge the extra 40p.
I really do not understand your rationale for selling this menu option of bottomless brunch when the only thing bottomless are the drinks that too hot drinks not included.
I did not want to be blasé about my experience and wanted to warn other customers who could be misled the same way!
Please stay away from the NOT SO BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH!
The icing on the cake was that the lady who served us kept apologising and said it is annoying that only the drinks are bottomless! Such a joke, honestly! I felt like I threw £33 down the drain.
Beware! Stay away from Slug and Lettuce. The food was very mediocre as well to be put in a nice way!

Read moreWe booked a two-hour bottomless brunch for my birthday and were excited for a fun afternoon, but the experience started off on a sour note. Upon arriving, we waited 20 minutes just to get our first round of drinks. The waitress serving us looked like she had no interest in being there, and every time we asked for another drink it appeared to be too much effort and we were left waiting far too long. She didn’t crack a smile the entire time, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming compared to previous bottomless brunches we’d experienced.
The lowest point was being served rum and cokes minus the rum! after witnessing her talking to the bar tender with the order and high fiving it would appear this was done deliberately. When we complained, someone else stepped in to finish our brunch with quick service and a much friendlier attitude and face. She even added extra time to make up for what we’d lost earlier, which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the poor service at the start left a bad taste in our mouths. I’ve been to many bottomless brunches before, and this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. A disappointing start to what could have been a...
Read moreAs a first time bottomless brunch I really wanted to give a better review. Don't get me wrong, the waitstaff were very friendly, the drinks tasty and the food good enough. But paying £38 for what was essentially 3 drinks each / a meal which for me came 25 minutes (or more I really can't remember) too late.
We managed to get a 4th drink only after being told "not yet" (at a bottomless brunch mind you) and having to haggle. To be fair our waiter/waitress (I'm not looking to get them in trouble) was super lovely and managed to snag our table another round (however I had to a little early).
We managed to work out that it probably would've been cheaper to buy the food / drinks without the deal. The burger I had while quite good only had 1 rasher of bacon on it. It was excellent bacon but I'm sure the business wouldn't collapse if you threw in another one. It was very busy so I'm sure the staff were just under a lot of pressure, perhaps better to go at a less busy time.
3/5, would recommend but pick your...
