Upper Crust Reading Concourse — Restaurant in Reading

I asked for a Chicken and avocado baguette and was asked if I wanted it heated. I did. I ate it and then was violently sick that evening and spent the next day and a half unable to move from my bed completely sick with some form of food poisoning as a result of eating your baguette. How can I be sure that it was this baguette that caused it? Because I had an incredibly busy day that day and apart from a bowl of porridge for breakfast this was the only other thing I ate. In retrospect after the baguette being "heated" I remember being given a luke warm product. This is absolutely the last time I ever purchase anything...

Just went here for breakfast and got a "super" sausage muffin. The sign said muffin, butter, sausage and choice of sauce. There was no butter, so the muffin was very dry even with sauce. I was asked if I wanted it warmed up and then waited 3 or 4 minutes while it was heated up, walked to the platform and when I went to eat it realised it was still stone cold, was terrible considering the price is higher than most other places in the station and they also provide you with a warm roll/baguette/muffin.

They did at least provide HP brown sauce which at least deserves...
