Absolute horrible service! Because I have not switched over to a UK phone/phone number I am unable to include contact details in their field, so I write in the driver's instructions to email when arrived. I have done this countless of times (over 5) and each time it has worked - drivers email when they have arrived and everything goes well. Today I ordered at 12:20am, expecting my food to arrive in about an hour (or a bit less as it usually does) but after about an hour and no information regarding my food I called the store. The man answering spoke as if I was inconveniencing him and made me repeat my statement multiple times though I was purposefully clear each time. He assured it was on its way and I waited about another 30-45 mins. I then called back and spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and negating - she said it was impossible for a driver to email me, which is clearly untrue as I have never had a UK number and have always requested an email be sent. She then says she'd get her manager and still was the one to answer the phone rather than her manager. Eventually I spoke to the manager, he, too, seemed to be annoyed by my refund request and was very cut and dry.
I am not sure if it is because it was late night or the employees are young or what, but that is not justification for deplorable service! Though I usually have decent service when ordering from this location, I will certainly no longer patron it given the employees and manager could care less about customer satisfaction and/or...

Tonight I reluctantly ordered as had guests over who had been working late at a gig and we wanted to eat but sadly no where else close was open. So after placing my order at 12.15 we ended up waiting til 1.30 for the order to have 2 thirds of it missing! Only thing that arrived was one pizza which I had to share embarrassingly between 5 of us. Not only that, but I now have a severely upset stomach because of said pizza!!!
AVOID ORDERING DOMINO'S FROM WEST BRIDGFORD BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!! There's a reason I order from Carlton Hill branch when they're open. I've never had an issue with them ever! So what's the difference west bridgford?! Sadly it seems people have had the same issues with west bridgford as me for years! Domino's headquarters really need to look into this branch....
