This was, hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s — or any fast food restaurant, for that matter. I’m still in disbelief over how utterly incompetent and chaotic the entire visit was. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We arrived during a busy period, which is understandable — it’s McDonald’s, after all — but what we experienced went far beyond a typical rush-hour delay. The staff was completely overwhelmed, disorganized, and clearly not trained to handle the pressure. But what made it worse was their attitude — not a single ounce of urgency, care, or professionalism.
We placed our order at the drive-thru. Or at least we tried to. Somehow, three times in a row, they managed to mess it up. First, they didn’t even put the order through and told us to “go back around”
Each time we were made to circle back through the drive-thru, wasting our time and adding to the already long line. And not once did anyone offer a sincere apology — instead, it felt like we were being inconvenient to them. As if their mistakes were somehow our fault.
We finally asked to speak to the manager, thinking someone in charge might actually take the situation seriously. Big mistake. The manager came to the window with an expression that could not have screamed “I don’t care” any louder. No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Just a dead stare and a dismissive tone like she had a hundred better things to do. The attitude was astounding. I’ve had better customer service from a vending machine.
To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This wasn’t just a case of being busy — it was a complete breakdown in customer service, communication, and leadership. It was clear that no one there was properly trained, and no one cared to make things right.
Needless to say, we will NOT be returning, and I’ll be warning anyone I know to avoid this location at all costs. McDonald’s — you seriously need to take a long, hard look at how this place is being run. Because this was...

We have been through the drive through this evening to purchase food for our children, we ordered 2 meals, one of them being a Chicken sandwich extra plain (nothing but the meat & bun). On getting home we noticed that not only was the sandwich not extra plain, it also had extra cheese on it... you don’t even get cheese on a chicken sandwich. So we called your store & explained YOUR mistake, the girl told us she would speak to a manager & call back so we waited. Eventually she called back & said they would replace that burger. Now then, I have two children expecting to eat McDonalds for their supper, what do you expect me to do, let one child eat a cold meal due to us waiting for a call back while the younger child sits and stares at her? I asked to speak to the manager & explained the situation hoping she would understand, but, she was obviously off ill on the day she was due to receive training on customer satisfaction! She was obnoxious, patronising & couldn’t actually care less that your restaurant had messed up our order & as such my two children couldn’t eat what they had waited all day to get! She was adamant that she would replace the burger & nothing else... to top it off, I had heard her mumble something before she slammed the phone down on me! The whole lot went in the bin & I have just been out & got them Pizza from Papa John’s instead, I had great service & the food was exactly what we ordered... I think you need to send your staff to Papa John’s for training as they clearly care about customer satisfaction when McDonalds...
