Having this place nearby is a dream! Great coffee, great locally made tasty treats, but most of all fun and relaxing atmosphere. Somewhat pricey but the membership makes that a complete non-issue!

An absolutely massive shoutout to Joey and Symi for basically single handedly running the place for months despite not being managers. It is 100% thanks to their genuine and fun chats that I come back pretty much every single day. They are the definition of 'going the extra mile' in their work, but beyond that they really care about their customers, so popping in for a coffee feels more like going to check in on a friend.

There's always laughter and good music, and usually one or two friendly dogs to say...

Could be great, but too often not.

They repeatedly confuse a long black and an americano, and when they get it wrong they're too busy to correct.

They advertise a batch brew, so you can avoid the long black/americano issue, but then the last few times I've been they haven't had it on.

They also often leave one person staffing it on their own, so when you get a watery coffee instead of a long black, they're (understandably) too busy to correct it.

Pity: their espresso blend is really good and it could be...

I'm a firm believer that the customer service makes or breaks the experience in a coffeeshop. The coffee is great. There are a lot of options for drink and food (and although some of the items are a bit pricey, they do support local business which I appreciate).
