Pizzas are real good I have to say but ordered tonight got the wrong pizzas we are vegetarians and the pizzas I received had meat on them.. the receipt even had the right order on it! Managed to give them back to the delivery driver who called biccis and said they would give us a call in 10mins, deicided we should call them, phoned up to see what they were going to do about it and the boy says sorry we are closed now.. at 9.15pm!! Cheers! So we are now left with phoning Pizza Hut at this time of night who can actually get orders right! The boy on the phone even had the cheek to say have a nice night! Yeah getting dinner at 10.30pm at night is just great! At the end of the day if you mess the order up the 1st time at least have the business courtesy of sorting it out! Rude staff, completely messed my order up, left it outside for 20 mins because the driver decided to "do me a favour" by delivering it 40 mins before the time I asked for, which was closing time conveniently enough. I specifically asked for the time because I work nightshift and wouldn't be awake at that point. So after me phoning and asking for a replacement pizza, I was told that my next order would be free. Then the owner begrudgingly brought me another pizza warning me it would probably be more than half an hour. Unacceptable service and attitude. On the positive side the coleslaw is locally renowned and very good. The quality is generally very good.

I believe they need to invest time and effort in improving the ordering and customer experience.

For example you are forced to use the website where you can't order what you want, in our experience there are often mistakes with the order and there are sometimes items out of stock.

The service has got worse and worse over the years and they are reliant on their traditional customer base.
