We have visited here several times and untill tonight had really positive experiences However tonight was a disaster from the start Arrived and told no tables available by one waitress however you can join another table for 20 minutes Then another waitress comes over finds a table no issues for us in the back area Shame it then took over 30 minutes to even come and take our order All ok untill the second round of drinks forgotten for 35 minutes then eventually came to check brought order one drink missing We then asked for bill payed in cash including a healthy tip of £10 We goes to leave and original waitress corners my daughter and acusses us of not paying our bill She then corners me and accuses the same I shouted my husband who had gone upstairs and outside to check Same waitress acusses us of not paying Her colleague then says oh another waitress has taken the money I have to ask for an apology which original waitress reluctantly gave Spoke to management who looked really embarrassed but clearly didn't have a clue about customer care let alone how to manage a...

I was sitting outside, and I saw the owner kicking out in a bad way a street musician who was playing lovely classical songs with a violin several metres away. Sadly, the musician had to take his stuff to move away. We were having a beer with a very nice atmosphere, but after witnessing such an unfair situation, we decided to leave. On our way out, and in a very respectful and polite way, I told the owner that we think he made a mistake kicking the musician out because he was really contributing to a nice atmosphere. This horrible person decided to answer me in a very rude and aggressive manner, saying very disrespectful comments about the musician and treating me not in a better way. We were having a nice time, but this person really ruined our day. I will never go again to this place, I'm not contributing to the business of people like this. Super disrespectful, rude, and aggressive, not only with the musician, but also with a respectful customer....

I came here on a Friday evening and had mostly female services/runners, everything was great! Friday crew rocked.

I came back on Sunday, and was seated quickly, but when it came to ordering, male server told me I had to pay for everything as I ordered, ok not a problem. Not how it happened on Friday but deal. I can do that. Female runner came right out with my beer..like she had been waiting for someone to order this! Awesome!

Such great service like last time. However, I told the server that I wasn't ready for a food order just yet so I imagined he would come back in 5 mins or ever at some point. It's currently 20-30 minutes later and I haven't seen a soul. No one, no server, no waiter, not a person to help me. I thought I could wave someone down...but I'll just assume they "didn't see me" very hit or miss on this place. But they missed...
