Stopped off in Pitlochry on our way home and we're desperate for a cuppa. We stumbled upon this place.First impressions were that the decor was a bit on the cheap looking side BUT,decor isn't everything. The staff were warm and friendly.Food came out quickly and was lovely. My only grumble, dad had the scrambled eggs with toast(which were served in a bowl)when he tried to empty hs eggs onto his toast the bowl was full of water from the eggs and it was very difficult for him to try and separate. That said, nice place good portion sizes

I received a friendly welcome in this modern café. There is a wide range of food and drinks. The service was really nimble in preparing the coffee. The only disappointment was that there is a surcharge for soy and oat milk. I don't feel that this is in keeping with the times. Nevertheless, full five stars because I felt comfortable.

A large place for a good coffee and a surprisingly excellent coronation chicken toastie , only fault would be to tell the admittedly busy male staff members to smile a bit , the older lady who served us was great but her colleagues looked like thay wanted to be anywhere but serving the hungry horde

Popped in here on way back home. Place was pretty busy, ordered a latte to go and asked for it extra hot. Person who took my order explained that this would burn the milk.

Offered to microwave it for me instead, if I wasn't happy with temperature of the product. Drink arrived and it was actually not too bad temperature wise.

Sadly this was as good as it got, the barista clearly didn't know how to heat milk up. There was no noise from the steam wand, no tapping the jug to settle the foam etc.

The result, honestly the worst barista prepared beverage of my life. Completely tasteless and watery, definitely cheap coffee beans used in this venue. Such a shame as the place has potential, just needs the right products, and the correct properly trained staff to achieve its full potential.

Menu prices quite expensive for what you seem to get too, £6.95 for soup and a roll or £9.95 for soup and a sandwich. Personally, I'll go elsewhere the next time I visit, there's...

Didnt want to give any stars but couldnt so put one. Really quiet when we arrived ordered 2 drinks and a piece of caramel shortbread. We were told the drinks would be brought over so went and sat down. My husband ate his shortbread as we waited for the drinks to arrive and waited and waited some more. People started arriving and sure enough they had drinks took to their tables. After 20 minutes a member of staff walked up to our table and asked if we would like to order something making us feel uncomfortable as if we had just come in to get warm. We sarcastically told her no as we were still sat waiting for our drinks we had ordered 20 minutes ago. She went to the lady who had served us who had clearly forgotten so we told her to forget it and asked for our money back. We didnt really get an apology and couldnt believe how shocking the service was considering how quiet it was, there will be no hope if they get busy. Wont be going...

Adorable place just a short walk from where the Highland bus tours stop. Unfortunately, the milk in the lattes seemed to have turned or been burnt. The first sips as we were walking back seemed okay, but when we were leaving and could actually sit and drink, we noticed the off taste. Too late to walk back, so we’ll be holding our full drinks to toss at the next stop. The muffin was cold, but that is certainly not dealbreaker. It wasn’t too dense, and it was a nice size to share for a quick snack. The service was another miss. I think they might have just been a bit stressed because there were a handful of people that arrived close together. The young girl who took the order was very quiet but seemed nice. The older woman seemed put out by any question, and the gentleman also seemed to be stressed and not a fan of customers. If we stop through again, we’ll try a different coffee shop - there are several. Hit and a...
