I was incredibly lucky to stumble upon this magical bakery at 11.45am this morning. Their pizza comes out at 12, I had the first slice. My life is forever changed. The finely sliced mushrooms, onions and courgettes are perfectly arranged for optimal tastiness. The pizza slice looks long, so your first thought may be “ it will have a soggy wet dough.” But No my friends.. this dough is crispy throughout!!! Every bite is just a reminder that artistry exists, and they make pizzas in this bakery. Thank you SO much!

We had a pain au chocolate, a roll with hummus, and a roll with Brie and mango chilli chutney, and everything tasted amazing. The pain au chocolate could have had a bit more chocolate for my liking, though. There are three tables available for indoor seating but the door is kept open, so it’s quite cold inside. Plenty of vegetarian options (pastries and sandwiches) and a few vegan ones (sandwiches only, no pastries). Service is top-notch!

We circled back to Pitlochry specifically to come to this bakery and it did not disappoint! Staff were very friendly and upbeat, offering help and conversation, as well as recommendations for local eateries. Croissants - 10/10 - perfect density and flavour. Stuffed focaccia sandwiches were amazing, a perfect lunchtime treat for a long car journey! Very reasonably priced, I will recommend to everyone!

What a great place this is. It really deserves to be inundated. We popped in later on Sunday afternoon after I’d completed the Etape bike ride. They were still open and I wanted a decaf coffee and something not too heavy to eat. My wife had been walking all morning and wanted something similar. So I had a decaf americano and an almond croissant and my wife had a decaf latte and chocolate chip shortbread. Brilliant, just what we needed. As it turned out we were the last hot drinks customers and the machine was being cleaned. But many more arrived and chose the what was left from the day’s baking. Probably the best almond croissant I've ever had, outstanding. I had a shortbread as I was still savouring the coffee. Also of very high standard. If we’d been travelling back that day we’d have taken some of each with us. BTW, the service was spot on and all the staff were lovely....

Amazing bakery and friendliest staff. Everything we had was incredible, we left and came back for seconds! The ham and cheese sandwich with apple chutney and goat cheese on focaccia is one of the best sandwiches we've ever had. The pepperoni slice was amazing, the shortbread cookies melt in your mouth, the Mars bar was awesome, and the rolls were delicious. Sad we won't be passing by Pitlochry the rest of our trip, but it'd be on the top of our list for our next visit. It's the perfect stop for food that's off the main road,...
