Domino's Pizza - Dumfries — Restaurant in Scotland

We ordered on the app. It said 7-12 mins. We turned up about 10 mins after we ordered. My wife went in to be told it was not ready yet. The app would notify us when it was ready. We waited a further 15 mins. So my wife went in again to be told there had been a mix up and they needed to remake the pizza. So after a further wait we finally got our food. But a took about 45/50 mins all together from ordering to receiving our food. Then when we got it back to our hotel the pizza was cold. But we were not going back to deal with the staff again. Out sides were warm and we got free...

Late afternoon food dash during the week and pizza came to mind. Dashed into the local Domino's which was not too busy. Downloaded the App and set about ordering pizza. The crew were very friendly and patient as I worked my way through the App. The crew had asked what pizza I was going to be ordering and had already started on my pizza before my order was placed. Impressive service! Pizza was delicious and service was great. Was a little uncomfortably hot in the shop on a hot sunny day, but not everyday...

Tell you what that's the worst dominoes I've had in my life. Just spent 40 pound on grease. I'm not joking it was literally dripping out of the box. 2 pizzas and a garlic bread were dripping out of the box so I had to put them in the bin outside so it didn't get all over the house. Joke. Potato wedges weren't even cooked and the juice was that warm I've had to put it in the fridge. The juice I can deal with but honestly the pizzas and wedges were a sick joke.. This branch has went severely down hill....
