Great Western Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Absolutely shocking service from this establishment. Ordered through Uber eats order 2 sandwich and 2 lentil soups. Delivery came and all the soup was opened and spilled everywhere in the bag and socked the sandwiches. My first thoughts was delivery driver did not handle it properly and when I caught up with him and asked he said the lady did not mention to him. I then called he cafe up and explained all she said was call Uber eats and get refund. She did not even apologise for what has happened and instead of taking little responsibility or owning up to it lying and blaming drivers. I explained they have to get better packaging or holders for them so o does not happen for anyone else no response and I hanged up the phone. Shame I have no picture otherwise I would have...

Great western breakfest - egg, beans, toast, black pudding, square, poatoe scone, 2 slices bacon, tomato + coca cola in a bottle to sit in.. 12.50£ !

Price for That is a criminal. Food wasnt nothing special. Service never ask about anything.. there is a big board on the Wall with menu without prices. You order something But you have no idea how much you will spend money on that. I still dont know how much was breakfest cost But i dont care right now because i never back to this place. On sauchiehall Street there is a same food for half prices. Any big breakfest anywhere is a cost about 6 pounds maximum...

I ordered lentil soup, chicken salad roll and ham/cheese roll to take away. Arrived home with chicken noodle soup and 1 scrap of chicken in roll. Returned to cafe, the girl added more chicken to the roll (surely should have made a fresh roll?) and she gave me my lentil soup. Unfortunately tasted like coloured hot water, scrimping on the ingredients. Thought i would have got even a 'sorry' for having to return but no. Also i witnessed no hand washing/hygiene in practise as the girl was removing dishes from the dishwasher and proceeded to add the chicken to the roll....
