Krispy Kreme Glasgow Buchanan Galleries — Restaurant in Scotland

Me and my boyfriend had went into Glasgow for some lunch yesterday to find all of the restaurants closed. We had completely forgotten about this new guideline. We decided to order some sushi to takeaway and has nowhere to sit and eat it. I asked the person at Krispy Kreme if I was to buy a doughnut if they would let us use the table to eat it and our sushi which they did. It was really appreciated and made our day much better because we actually got to eat it in peace....

I had ordered two raspberry doughnuts and 1 original glazed for the rewards I had already got. I had received 1 raspberry and 1 original glazed. I had realised employee's mistake at railway station waiting for a train behind the gates, so I was unable to come back and claim what I had ordered. When I had asked for a receipt, they had binned it. Seriously, the person who is working at the front stand isn't listening to the client. I had lost 150 points for employee's...

Customer service is appalling after ordering my coffee and donut I was told bluntly it was takeaway only if I was made aware of this before ordering I would have gone elsewhere as if I canceled my order the staff probably would have moaned about.

There were tables free but either needed cleaned or taken up by other customers personal belongings staff need to be proactive in cleaning and politely asking for customers to remove...
