Nothing but bad mistakes made by the manager, had a few bad experiences now , recently my friends and I ordered, we had a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream to be delivered with our order. The order had been placed over an hour ago so we phoned to ask when it would be delivered as there is a small baby that we didn’t want to disturb, we were told that our order would be here in 10 minutes. The order came but the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream was missing and we were told at the door there was no icecream left. So obviously we gave the driver the money and phoned Pizza Hut where we were directly put on the phone to Kimberly the manager, Kimberly told us there was icecream in the freezer, the driver must not have seen and that she would send the driver back to the door with the icecream for free, I don’t understand why we couldn’t have been told on the phone 10 minutes earlier. Half an hour later the driver returned with our icecream and said that he was just on the phone to Kimberly, she had told him we would have to pay for it. We assumed this was not the drivers fault so we gave him the money for our icecream. Again we had to phone and ask why we had to pay for our icecream. After a ten minute conversation Kimberly tells us that she will bring our money for the icecream another icecream, cherry coke and a free margerhita pizza also a huge apology as it ended up being around half 12 when she came. We were extremely satisfied with this until we have recently called Pizza Hut to order and Kimberly has ‘barred’ us to order which we were very confused about. Definitely will not order from here again. Shocking service and lack of communication between staff. I do not recommend this pizza...

My partner went in this time, but came back unhappy with the service he received. No other customers were there and the staff didn’t look busy through the back but nobody came over. 5minutes after ringing the bell, waiting to be served, a staff member finally came, said it wouldn’t be long and rolled his eyes. 15minutes from letting them know was fine but it took almost half an hour to get resolved. Another staff member came saying it would be 5 mins.
Eventually we got it, looked a mess though and was missing half the toppings.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel, this Pizza Hut left us waiting for 45 minutes then my husband realized the tracker said delivered but we had no pizza so he called and they basically told us that they had to use uber eats and because it was so late that it was undeliverable.
