Pizza turned up looking exactly as shown in photo. No words are required really. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to phone the shop repeatedly and the phone constantly rang out or got cancelled. Also shown in photos. Till I eventually gave up and just threw what resembled a soggy box of vomit in the bin. Next morning I called the shop spoke to a so called manager, who kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to my complaint before he raised his voice and hung the phone up. just saying they were too busy to answer the phone. The most shocking service and food iv ever seen . I will never ever buy anything from the Viking chippy ever again. I would never even eat from here again if it was free. Any food outlet that sells junk like that and insults you even more by not answering the phone has got to be avoided. And incase you wondered. That soggy box of vomit was £18 delivered local. Which I paid the delivery driver in cash. And still haven't received back.

Fantastic fish n chips, so fresh and tasty. Staff uniforms with aprons and flat caps very smart and cool looking, a bit cheeky blinders. No viking statue outsude when we went last week - assuming he's shielding lol (covid pandemic joke) - also good hygiene measures, queue order one of two at a time inside, given ticket number and wait outside, suitably socially distanced until order ready then they shout your number, sorted!

We came here one midweek night to get fish suppers and sit on the beachfront. Just amazing - the fish was so fresh (we had to wait 5 mins but it was worth it) and the chips were delicious. It’s clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and the food is amazing. Well worth the trip for us - I highly recommend it.

Went in here at teatime on hogmanay. Wasn't great. Got a sausage supper, and the sausage was awful. Been lying there for a long time by looks of it, and along with the scraggy chips, was freezing by the time I walked the 2 mins back to our flat. Had to microwave it, then most went in the bin. Was barely edible. Special fish was slightly better as made to order, but outside cremated, and chips were frozen again. Again, most went in the bin. I know chip shops when busy, make lots of stuff in advance, and if it's quiet, it stays in the warmer, but if I went into kebab or Chinese restaurant, I wouldn't expect a curry or kebab, which had been sitting warm for a long period of time in its own fat, to be served to me. Its unacceptable to sell...

Was down for a wee break at caravan site, so we wanted to try fish and chips we got a large and regular fish suppers, well I'm going to be truthful when I say dissapionting and I mean very disappointed, I don't know what kind of fish they're selling but I'm 100%positive that it was not haddock, and it was absolutely disgusting and tasteless, I think it could have been whiting fish as they're tasteless £16wasted as the whole lot apart from some chips went in the bin and that was the best place for it, thank god were back home in Fife where probably the best fish supper in Scotland is sold ANSTRUTHER, so I would not recommend anyone to eat out of this shop, not if you want haddock anyway, I struggled to award 1 star regards James very...
