Just Wings Southport — Restaurant in Sefton

I was trying to order some food in during lock down and came across just wings and thought I'd have a look at their website and menu, however I am partially sighted and struggle to read things on screen so I gave them a call and the woman who answered the phone was so patient with me and went through the menu for me even explaining which things were hot and which were more for those unadventurous eaters like myself, the girl who served me even put some of the spicy flavouring that I fancied trying put into a pot for me so if I didn't like it I still had the plain chicken wings to eat, I could not fault the customer service at all, I wrote this part before the food arrived. I have given this place a few chances. the first time my order was late and cold the second time again it was late cold and i felt ill after eating. I put a review on saying I wasn't happy with the lateness and coldness the 1 star was up but my comment wasn't. I have just given them another chance and orderd online. I had a phone call saying that the restaurant had cancelled my order as I always complain. so again I am giving 1 star for this, if i could id give 0 stars. Customers shouldn't be discriminated against for giving honest fair feed back/reviews. its a shame as although I haven't been satisfied before I like to give business' a fair chance but from now on I wont. very dissapointed that the individual who decided to not let me order can't accept constructive criticism and an honest review. I wont be using them again and deffo will not...

I was back in Southport visiting family for the week and me and my wife decided to order a takeaway and just wings got recommended to us by a friend. Well from start to finish it was fantastic service fast delivery the food arrived and was piping hot and that’s always a great start. We had the bbq chicken burger x 2 and I can’t explain to how nice and fresh the chicken burger was it was restaurant quality food. We also got a side of mozzarella sticks and am not joking when I say they are the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had 10/10. All washed down with a crunchie milkshake that was just sensational. I highly recommend just wings the only negative and downside I have is they don’t have a just wings on the Isle of Man haha. Food and service 10/10. We can’t wait to be back...
