I'm not usually one to get emotional about food, but Archers Sheffield has completely changed my life. From the moment I took my first bite of their incredible chicken, I knew I had found something truly special.

This resturant has a horrible customer service. I came to it today 14/05/2023 After we finished our food at 19:36 my children asked to buy an IceCream from the front area , the guy with beard was ignorant, we stood for a while till he came to serve us , there was no queue or anything it wasn’t busy and it’s Sunday today. We then told him which IceCream flavour we want , he was stood a distance away he couldn’t hear us , we asked him to come closer so he can hear what we want to order , he then said * Are you ok ? Whats wrong* we responded to him nothing is wrong we are customers we finished our meals at your resturant and we wish to buy IceCream for our kids . We asked him is this wrong? We ended up buying IceCream from Rassam since the worker attitude was unacceptable, he told us go away ?

This placed was very high well maintained with food, service and cleanliness. I got the Peri peri grill chicken with chips and naan, the grill chicken was very nicely cooked an the sauce was so maintained and the flavour was so tasty, chips were nice an fresh an same with the naan was freshly made, overall the food was so delicious the sauce which they give on the side was nice it goes with the chips, also the quantity of food was well sufficient. The service was great they treat you like 5* restaurant, they bring your food on the table for you with nicely presented on the plate and the table was neat an clean. The store was nicely decorated. Overall it was good to have dinner here, I didn't try any of the desserts as I was full with the delicious food so will try next time as they have nice variety of desserts...
