Green Room Bar — Restaurant in Sheffield

We booked the venue for my Fiancee's hen do on the 9th November. The extremely drunk bar owner ruined the night. He entered the party unannounced and started shouting happy birthday. He then asked my fiance for a hug, which she refused and then started telling people about his alcohol problems. He was very loud and obnoxious. He went behind the bar and proceeded to do shots with the bar staff while they were working. Several members of the hen party had to ask him to leave but he kept on coming back. He started shouting and slamming doors. The maid of honour eventually had to ask a bouncer to stand by the entrance to make sure he didn't disturb the party again. The bar staff struggled to deal with him because they risked being fired for telling him to leave. The lack of professionalism was truly unbelievable. I was very disappointed and angry to discover that my soon-to-be wife's special night was ruined by this person. We will never be returning to this establishment, and I would advise everyone to book somewhere else for...

Fun for a night out. The venue is non-pretentious, no thrills and reasonably priced for drinks. Cold dark and uninviting. Expect it may be due to rising costs as lights off, heating off, arcade machines off and possibly the worst pool cues I’ve ever seen.
