I love this burger place, I would even go as far as saying these are even better burgers than 7 bone in Portswood!! The Big Boy Bronx burger and Texas Bronco burger which we ordered were full of flavour & it was obvious they used fresh ingredients (tomatoes, lettuce, meat etc) which makes a healthy change from other establishments which serve greasy burgers with limp looking ingredients. The fresh meat just fell apart in our mouth. I can see why they're gourmet burgers. The chips were rustic & had a very slight spicy twang to them. The size of the burgers did not disappoint us as they were very filling & definitely can be classed as large, especially as they were about £6/7 each so excellent value for money. I noticed they didn't skimp on the ingredients either. Having eaten here three times (once inside the premises & twice delivered) I thoroughly recommend this place for all you true burger fans out there... Both times the deliveries were on time & the...

me and my partner went here and I asked for no mushrooms as I have an allergy to them. the food then arrived nearly four hours later, not only did.they forget half of our order they still put mushrooms in my burger which I took a bite out of which made me so sick, I.called.them.immediately and complained and in the back ground you could here.them sniggering . They then offered to bring.me a replacement (however I wouldn't have been enabled to eat it as was so.unwell) to then call back and say they.couldn't do that and.they would give us a free meal next time. so today we.decided to call up and get our free meal. then then forget half our order again and then when.we called them saying that they didn't bring our drinks and they refused to then.bring them and was very rude to my partner saying "they're so busy it's not their.fault " then our food was half cooked and had raw hard cold hash brown.in the middle of.one of the burgers.would not...

We used to love this place with my partner. Today was a big disappointment though. We ordered from Uber eats. They call themselves Bun & Dough there. Foods are advertised as the same but they are far from the descriptions and pictures.

I ordered a Caesar salad (grilled chicken, croutons, lettuce, Parmesan) and I received some deep fried breaded chicken, tortilla chips instead of croutons and no cheese.

My partner ordered a burger that should have came in a menu but the fries never arrived.

He tried to call them to find a solution but the lady ended the call when he described the problem. Later he called them again and they promised they would deliver a new menu tomorrow. What happened...
