This place is a joke and bad customer support i have ever seen in my life. 1st of all my guest were invited with all of family and kids and they all were came from long travelling and came to visit Isle of white, they had a good day with the kids on spot and we just really tired all the day and decided to find the nearest Halal food anywhere around the south Hampton area and just found this restaurant unfortunately and heading towards without checking the old reviews because kids were so hungry and this was the 10 minuets drive after the ferry drop off. Could you believe that when the food cames after a long wait it was not served on time and ordered menu was not complete that was being served lately and one by one not in a one go but we were be patience because were so hungry and everyone was shocked when we see the quantity of food as 3x half karrahi chick and lamp was ordered and could you believe that meat was not even 200 grmas in each half kg karrahi The guy on the till was very unprofessional and rude even don’t know English properly and don’t even know the UK customer support and FSA laws and policies. He was not even answering the question and not providing the Manager detail to speak and about to complain and was responding do whatever you want to do........, We have been proving all video proofs and evidences to the local authority and Food standard Agency with all of details and ridicules service and will try to involve all our legal rights as a customer because we have been paid £100+anyways for this ridicules food and service. Never recommend please think before spending your money on such a restaurants while you are in...

After struggling to find some food that caters for my dietary needs I thought I would give this a try as I have eaten at alot of Afghani and Pakistani restaurants as I'm no stranger to the cuisine.
I wasn't greeted at the door so I just walked across the large restaurant to order some food for takeaway. The manager seem disinterested as eyes were fixed on the cricket they were showing on the big screen however was polite enough. When I heard the price of £22 for a curry and rice I was shocked as despite the place looking clean it is not exactly fine dining and is not even featured in the top 20 halal restaurants in Southampton on Trip Advisor.
Regardless of price I was recommended Lamb Chops however I wanted a curry so asked if they did a Lamb Karahi and I believe I was served a Charsi Karahi on the menu. I found this very fatty and overly greasy and boney. If I wasn't really hungry and hadn't paid so much for my meal I probably wouldn't have finished it. For a meal that is meant to be cooked with fresh chilli and ginger I couldn't taste it and found it bland.
Portions were reasonable size for a single order however not reasonable for the price. I am not familiar with Southampton pricing however it is not London so wouldn't expect to be paying as much for a take away.
If this business model is working for you then fair play and wish you the best as it could be me being spoilt by better quality food for much less in Birmingham. Would I recommend no, however the food is edible and the place looks clean so give it a try if you need halal and in the area and don't care...

The meats were lovely. Salad seemed sad. Bread was okay but not great. Options for sharing platters is very limited.
We were not greeted at the door by any wait staff. When I asked about our booking (we had accessibility requirements), we were ignored and had to seat ourselves. Our party of 4 sat at a 4 person table, before the wait staff almost immediately asked us to relocate to a table for 6 - despite us having clearly visible mobility issues (a person on crutches).
You want tap water for the table? Forget it. Additionally, two of the paid drinks we ordered simply didn't show up and we never received an explanation why.
Trying to pay for the bill, it was very difficult to hail any of the staff using eye contact. I don't think I've ever been in a restaurant where a guest clearly straining themselves to look in your direction (and not at their food) isn't a sign that your guest would like something. Two servers made eye contact and stared back for several seconds, and both ignored me. I had to stand up and walk over to (the manager? stood by) a till.
Overall I was disappointed with...
