"My first-time order from Red Chilli & Flames for delivery was incredibly disappointing. The delivery took over two hours to arrive, which was not only frustrating but also a significant delay. When I called them to inquire about the status, they repeatedly claimed it would arrive in 5 minutes, but it never did. I made multiple calls, and their excuses varied from being busy to blaming traffic, even though I live just 1 mile away from their location. When I checked on Google Maps, the roads were clear.

I had to beg for my food, and the person on the phone was extremely rude. I pleaded with them, explaining how hungry I was, and requested them to send the food promptly, warning that I would leave a poor review if they didn't. Their response was shockingly dismissive. They said, "I don't care about your review; I'll get good reviews from other people."

After waiting for more than two hours, the food finally arrived, but it was a mess. The bag was leaking, and the salad I ordered was missing entirely. The main dishes were excessively oily and incredibly spicy, to the point of being unbearable. The naan bread was burnt and inedible.

This dining experience was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever had. I wouldn't even give it one star if there was an option to rate it lower. Went there a few weeks ago with my friend. Been our 6th time eating here in the last few months, and loved it each and every time. The food is rich authentic Pakistani Punjabi food, as if dining in Lahore's finest restaurants! The samosa chaat is the best I've ever had from any place, it's a generous portion that fills 2 people's stomachs let alone one person. The restaurant offers a wide assortment of different salaans (curries) which often gives a headache on deciding what to choose! That's when you know the restaurant is quality for the variety it possesses. One of the best things about this place is that the value for money is one of the best out there in the South, it suits students to come here and have a curry for prices that they can afford, as compared to overpriced places elsewhere. The hospitality here is exceptional, and the staff are extremely welcoming and warm to receive their guests with great spirits. I have ordered from them on uber eats multiple times and I must say it is amazing. The quality is so good and it is very authentic Pakistani food. I usually order lamb biriyani with roti/paratha. The lamb biriyani is cooked to perfection and always arrives hot. The meat is cooked well and is so tender and juicy and the rice is well seasoned and has just the perfect amount of spice.

Edit: Have to take my rating down from 5 stars to 3 unfortunately. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. I wait almost an hour every single time I order. The only time the service was actually quick was when a delivery driver came to give me the order. It shouldn't take long for biriyani. The food is good but the wait...
