Pizza Roma — Restaurant in Stockport

I had a truly dreadful experience at Pizza Roma, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered the chicken strip box meal, expecting something at least half-decent, but what I received was far from it. The chicken strips were absolutely vile—dry, chewy, and completely lacking in flavor. It was as though they had been cooked days ago and reheated multiple times. The texture was so unpleasant I could barely finish even one piece.

The chips that accompanied the meal were equally appalling. They arrived cold, limp, and soggy, with no seasoning or redeeming qualities whatsoever. It was obvious they hadn’t been freshly cooked and had likely been left sitting out for far too long.

To make matters worse, the overall presentation of the meal was unappetizing. It looked carelessly thrown together, with no attention paid to quality or detail. For the price I paid, I expected far better.

This experience has completely put me off ever ordering from Pizza Roma again. If you’re considering giving this place a try, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Vile food and zero effort in quality control make this a place to avoid...

Pizza Roma is a disgrace. I finished my shift at work and ordered at 12am. Come 1.30am I phoned to ask what's the hold up. I was told to ring back in 10 minutes. Rang back and was told food be with me soon. At this time in the morning and only living 5 minutes up the road you wouldnt think it would take this long. The driver eventually turned up and rang me to go down to collect I told him I couldn't leave my flat and to please bring up as I paid for delivery. The driver gave me abuse and drove off. I phoned the shop and spoke with the manager which resulted in receiving another lot of abuse but also told that the driver is on this way back with my food. No driver turned up. I spent £30.30 on a meal that included Kubeda Kebab with naan and Chicken Tikka with rice, expecting a delicious and satisfying experience. However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The taste was terrible, and it was quite obvious that it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. The texture and flavor were completely off, making it unappetizing and difficult to enjoy. In the end, we couldn’t even finish half of the meal and had to leave most of it behind.
