I will never ever go to this Burger King again. The people that "work" there have got the worst customer service. When I got there I was made to wait to be served whilst the young girls that were working there were messing about and chatting instead of working. A person in front of me that asked for a kids meal was told that there are no toys to put in it. I asked for a plain cheese burger with no source or gerkins for my mum. My mum is diabetic and only drinks diet coke. When I went to the machine to pour the drink I found that the diet coke was out of stock. I went to the table to give my mum her burger and she found that the burger was full of gerkins and source even though I asked for a plain burger. My mum went back to tell them so they swapped the burger. She went back to her seat opened the burger and found again that it had tomota source on it. My mum is disabled so this time I went back up for her and told them that they have got my mum's burger wrong AGAIN. I explained again that she just wants a plain cheese burger with nothing else on it. I got no apology they just took it off me so I got annoyed and said "I don't understand why it is so difficult". One of the other girls working there then went round the back to the kitchen to gossip and whisper about me to the one that served me. The girl then came back round with another burger and just held it out to me without saying a thing. I then went back to me seat and when I looked back I found that 3 of the staff were all standing there staring at me and my mum talking about us. We were made to feel so uncomfortable. The food actually tasted disgusting too. If I ran a business I would never let my staff do what they did. They were standing around gossiping more than working. They obviously couldn't be bothered to work and serve people and they obviously had no manager to keep check on them unless the manager is just as bad as the rest of the staff. The place was also filthy! How they get customers going in there is beyond me. I will definetely never go back there!!!! I have also read everyone else's reviews on here and are all similar to mine. It also says alot about the place when the management can't even be bothered to reply to these reviews to say sorry and say how they will make things better. The place needs to be shut down! TRADING STANDARDS really need to make an undercover visit...
Read moreI made an order with this Burger King via Just Eat. The order arrived on time, but we soon found out that we didn't receive the fries. This wasn't the only issue. My PESCATARIAN friend ordered a King Fish. I ordered a Triple Whopper with added bacon. But guess what? The bacon was on the King Fish not the Whopper. My friend proceeded to bite into said King Fish, totally oblivious to the fact that bacon was on there. He was shocked when he tasted bacon. This was a fish meal, not a bacon meal. We then proceeded to call the number Just Eat had provided us to sort out our messed up order. We sat in a phone queue for about 10-15 minutes, so decided to hang up and call the store themselves. The person that answered told us that we need to contact just eat, even though it was their mess up. She also tried blaming it on the fact that it was boxing day. So we then tried to call just eat again, but gave up and instead used the live chat feature. I got connected to a person that told me he would 'connect me to someone to sort out my issue'. This wasn't the case. After about 15 minutes, I got connected with Rafael. It seemed promising, however it quickly became clear that Rafael had no intention of helping us other than following his script. His initial solution to our issue, was to just refund the two missing fries and the bacon that was on the wrong meal. He was expecting us to reorder the fries (and the bacon that shouldve been on my burger?). He told me this was all he could refund, however after I pointed out that I wouldnt be able to reorder it without losing money because of the delivery charge, all of a sudden he could refund the delivery charge too. After over an hour, we got our issue 'resolved', yet we are still sat here without fries, because of this store's incompetence and being unable to read an order and do it correctly. Read moreAt 3:02 pm we went to burger king on century retail park and because we haven't downloaded the NHS track and trace app we decided to go back to our car and order via drive thru.
When we were there to place the order nobody awnsered, we were saying hello many times without any response (bare in mind the restaurant was empty) to get their attention we even needed to honk to finally get some service
Then we proceed to place an order for two whoppers one of those plain. The host taking our order (Jamie as the receipt says) apparently was in a hurry, when we were placing our order he didn't even let us finish talking, everytime we spoke, he was saying anything else? while we were still talking and ordering.
After waiting for our order the receipt showed it was wrong and the plain hamburger was with all the toppings, which I can't not have due to health reasons.
But that's not a problem. The problem was that when we kindly told the employee our order was wrong. He started repeating that we haven't request it plain. We said of course we did, and the issue escalated to the point it ruined my lunch. He finally agreed to exchanged but as "a favor" continuesly stating we didn't ordered it right.
Maybe if he wouldn't interrupted us while still placing our order, he could have listened.
The way to handle this situation is not to tell the customer that what they are saying is not true. As me and my husband are both sure we requested it the right way.
The way to handle this, is simply saying sorry maybe I didn't listened and that's it. Anyone can make a mistake, but making a customer feel mistreated is not the correct way.
