Our first visit for a long time, and well worth the wait ! Greeted on arrival by Charlotte, who showed us to our reserved table, with its VIPP Reserved sign, this was a very personal dining experience. With the option to order directly off our phone at the table, via QR code, or order in person (from our wonderful waitress Alisha) we went old school and ordered from Alisha. With many pizza, pasta and side offerings, each supported by a multi-buy offer, our needs were met with options to spare ! A salad bar option with every main course meant we could start with salad and bottomless soft drinks whilst the pizzas were hand made in the visible kitchen area. Only minutes later, our personalised pizzas arrived, piping hot and very well presented. The staff were very attentive, answering all our questions and checking our meals were ok. Jacob helped clear our table, and provide boxes for the pizza and fries we couldn’t manage, so no food went to waste ! What a wonderful meal, served by great, enthusiastic staff, in a clean and contemporary environment. All other diners seemed happy and content, which is a sign of great customer service. We will return soon and try the new Christmas menu offers ! Thank you !

Honest review time 😁 Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful 🙂 Nice funky atmosphere, cool lighting, and colour code 😎 Clean inside the restaurant with good music 🎶 Very affordable cheap prices - £5.99 unlimited salad bar £9.99 unlimited buffet, pizza&salad bar £14.99 unlimited buffet with unlimited drinks and ice-cream Monday-Friday. The male toilets had a leak when I went and the the 1 cubical is hard to get into very small and awkward to actually walk in and close the door so I have to back in backwards which is quite funny 😅 The pizzas could do with more toppings as lots of bread and not enough toppings... but the flavour is good 👍 Service is great and they don't take long to cook the pizzas fresh when busy between 12-3 buffet times which is a bonus 😁 Free parking outside on the retail car park I think for 3 hours 🤔 😊 Unfortunately, just after 3 oclock after the buffet has finished any pizza and the pastas that is left over which can be a lot will be thrown away for rubbish as they don't use that app too good to go which can be a lot of food wastage 😭 Georgia thank you for your amazing friendly customer service 👏 don't change 😀 Thank you Team pizza hut 🍕 💙

Easy get a table, parking wasnt that bad as went early. And pizza hot was pretry empty onky about 3 families Staff seated us down quickly, service was abit slow to bring drinks as had to do this qr code and order on phone Its defo not a way to go, as dont get same level of table service and no staff get chance get tips either Also was card only, big down side cant see why dont take cash payment Food was ok Brought 1 side 2 pizzas had to went for the second side until i was 80% way through pizza. Would i go again - yes Would it be soon- not a rush Also kids shouldnt be allowed around self serve salad unless accompanied by responsible adult Was like 3 to 4 kids messing around stacking bowls as though 1 time no return, getting salad all over the floor It took a mum id assume come tell them off

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. My wife has celiac disease which makes going out quite difficult and stressful. Here however, they have a comprehensive allergy guide and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get her salad from the kitchen rather than the salad bar to help reduce the risk of contamination from gluten. The allergy guide also had a column for cereals containing more the 20ppm of gluten. Everything was prepared with care to prevent contamination and my wife had no reaction. Food tasted great as well! Overall we were very impressed and will add this to our list of celiac/coeliac safe restaurants we can go to!
