I asked the girl, who was working on the Roulette table to repeat which number had previously come out on a few occasions. There screen on the table was not working due to a technical fault. I did this as I have a neurological condition, which affects my memory. I was met with several rude responses by staff and management. I left briefly and was not allowed back in ghat evening. When I went in a couple of weeks later I was informed I was suspended for being aggressive with 2 or 3 members of staff. I explained that I had a disability and was informed that 'someone like me shouldn't be in a casino' by a manager, who came out to reception. I said I was humiliated as they were holding my health against me but they did not care. I asked to used to use the toilet also as I have a serious bowel condition but again was refused as their right in a private members club. I proceeded to have an accident in the reception area, which made me extremely upset. I was even refused a glass of water on several occasions.
