Grosvenor Casino — Attraction in Stoke-on-Trent

I asked the girl, who was working on the Roulette table to repeat which number had previously come out on a few occasions. There screen on the table was not working due to a technical fault. I did this as I have a neurological condition, which affects my memory. I was met with several rude responses by staff and management. I left briefly and was not allowed back in ghat evening. When I went in a couple of weeks later I was informed I was suspended for being aggressive with 2 or 3 members of staff. I explained that I had a disability and was informed that 'someone like me shouldn't be in a casino' by a manager, who came out to reception. I said I was humiliated as they were holding my health against me but they did not care. I asked to used to use the toilet also as I have a serious bowel condition but again was refused as their right in a private members club. The Grosvenor casino is Stoke is situated in a retail area easy enough to get to, plenty of parking available when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Reception staff was very helpful and polite. The venue wasn't busy when I arrived and only a few floor staff were present. The usual gaming tables and slots you see in most G casino are available for use. The bar area is well stocked and all drinks were available on the day of the visit. No meals were able to be purchased which made sense as this was not  a busy period. Overall the casino was clean and tidy  staff well presented and acted accordingly. I would definitely visit again if I am in the area and hopefully it will be busier so that I can ge a good feel for the atmosphere and try out the food service.
