Had an awful experience here. Ordered 2 ham and cheese paninis and had to wait for 20 minutes for them even though it wasn’t busy, it almost seemed as though the staff didn’t want to serve anyone! A lady behind us had to speak up and ask if she could order! After waiting 20 minutes we asked if our paninis were being done and got a very blunt and monotonous reply from one of the staff saying “give it a couple more seconds”. Our food had been left for so long it had gone cold! We found it to be very plain and boring (which it would’ve been even if it was warm)!
