DEFINITELY NOT 4.9 RATING!!! The first impression was a nice deco, loads of plants, unfortunately that was quickly ruined by not very friendly or welcoming waitress. We asked for the front door to be closed, and she did not react other than shrugging her shoulders and walking off. Then we ordered (you have to order at the bar- and just to clarify after the response below- this was never an issue!), but then it turned out that the order had gone missing, we had to wait for food for a long time, over 40 min for breakfast!... when the coffee came, apart from being asked if we ordered it and what was the food order, she nearly spilled it all over me by 'throwing 'the cup on the table. They are clearly short staffed (as we learnt afterwards, the waitress was a trainee), and have a big place to be catering for, I feel for them (especially as she had very little- to no support!). In these cases, perhpas they should stop serving food or at least inform the customer that there is a long wait. Due to our experience, i strongly believe that, unfortunately, the rating of 4.9 is hugely misleading.
Just to clarify in response to the highly exaggerated comment below—when we were informed about the situation upon the food’s arrival, I sincerely expressed that we were very sorry for what he was going through and that we genuinely felt for him, as we could see him working hard and doing his best. Owner (loudly): Your friend is rude to use the wifi and not buy a drink. VERY RUDE! Me: Oh, so sorry!! Can I pay for a second coffee? Happy to! Owner: No, but tell your friend she's VERY RUDE. Me (embarrassed now): Sorry. Can I pay you extra for the wifi? She didn't mean to be rude! Owner: No, but it's BAD BEHAVIOUR (glares at her) Me: Right. Um, what would you like me to do? Owner: (carries on grumbling)
Fair enough, it's annoying if people come in and not everyone orders a drink - but I offered twice to pay extra for her, and he carried on making loud remarks about her in front of the entire cafe.

The man was very serious and did not make us feel welcome. The young woman was friendly, but she was wearing a semi-transparent skirt and a very low-cut top.
