Some of the best burgers I've had, and I make a point of trying as many as I can! The service is excellent to match and I'm very interested in visiting their proper location in Gloucester.

I ordered delivery from them through Just Eat and Just Eat left me waiting for the food for over an hour. I sent a message to BBQ Society through their website and immediately received a phone call to fill me in.

Mere minutes later they had an explanation and a solution. Just Eat told the restaurant the food was delivered when nobody showed up to take it! Normally go to the Gloucester branch. First time here. The woman on the till seemed in another world. We ordered our food and were waiting. Guy in front received his order and left. A couple of mins later the lady ran out from behind the counter chasing the other customer, came back and gave us the box that she took from him as she got the order messed up. We took the food but didn't eat that box as I wasn't sure if the other customer had opened it or touched it. ...

We ordered through Uber eats, the food would have been amazing if it was actually hot or even warm. It was cold. I think in order for customers to get warm food you guys need to make sure the delivery driver confirms on their device that they’ve received the order there and then, because by letting them just walk away with it and go collect an order from elsewhere means they’re affecting your...
