Very lovely restaurant with nice and cosy Italian music, amazing lovely staff always happy to serve and help.
Speaking of food is something to be more critical unfortunately.
Speaking with staff member food is cooked by Italian chef but honestly I'm really not so sure about that..
We ordered Carbonara and Pizza , two authentic Italian dishes.
Authentic Italian Carbonara is made using only pasta , egg yolk , lots of peper , guancialle or pancetta and parmigiano cheese...
What we received was Carbonara with CREAM and BACON with a bit of parmigiana cheese on top, with very creamy bland flavour sauce and pasta swimming in it. Is pretty much as serving pizza with pineapple and calling it Italian.
Pizza was okay , very average pizza with simple dough and lots of toppings that killed flavour of authentic Neapoletana or Romana pizza.
We had much higher expectations based on the rating, although this place serves very "touristic" way of Italian cuisine. London prices as another aspect not to visit again
Service staff was lovely but restaurant is FAR OFF the authenticity of Italian Flavours 🥹

Read moreAbsolutely delicious and authentic food at every level, from the starters through the main course to the dessert. A generous portion of olives. Crunchy and tangy bruschetta. Calamari that was lightly battered and crisp. The pasta was cooked to perfection and bursting with prawns and mushrooms in a succulent sauce. The Tiramisu was some of the finest I have ever tasted and made me feel like I was back in Italy.
This food is cooked with real love and is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
I was particularly impressed by the fact that, even though the restaurant was extremely busy and we had not booked, the service was excellent.
As if that wasn’t enough, when we told our waiter that we were on our honeymoon, delayed by lockdown, he poured us a complimentary glass of the finest Limoncello!
We will certainly be visiting again when next...
Read moreI had four course meal. Starting with pargiana melanzena. Tagliatelle Al porchini with bacon for main. With a side of ratatouille. Finishing off with a cheese platter. (The photo is of the main with the side behind it). It was brillant meal, the staff was thoughtful and attentive. The whole meal was really nice, really tasty. In particularly the main, the tagliatelle porchini mushrooms and bacon very tasty; the white wine sauce came through but equally wasn't too strong and overpowering. I felt slightly rushed as I was booked in for 9.30pm and the restaurant closed at 11pm, but that was my down to the time I chose to eat. Overall defiantly recommend just suggest you book earlier than 9.30 so your meal is...
