Shame I can't choose no stars and had to give them one because its not deserved.... What can I say except from DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered at 17:15pm after the food arriving at just before 19:00 all of it was cold! we requested to get the food resent out as if we wanted poor quality food we would of just brought ready meals from the CO-OP probably would taste better! then we rang up following why the food wasn't resent at 19:55 after getting told it would be here by 19:25pm. And got told 5 mins ago it left. We then rang up at 8:35pm as it still wasn't here and when it finally showed up at 8:50pm all food was colder then before and got given exactly the wrong NANN that we asked! Vegetable korma was SPICY. Service is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for poppadoms then waited another 30 minutes to have my order taken for mains. I ordered a garlic and cheese naan and a veg korma. I got a onion and cheese naan and a spicy veg korma. When I told the lady it was wrong she sent the chef out to argue and belittle me. I then called the boss over to tell him I would not be paying for the veg korma as they failed to re change it. I paid for the other £75 of my order. Just not the £5 side dish of the horrible disgusting spicy cold korma. I was then told to get out of the restaurant and told not never come back. Ordered on Uber eats. Estimated 35-55 min delivery - absolutely fine (ordered at 5.45pm) as we have a 4 month old who goes down at 7.30/8pm so wanted mum to eat in peace before. 7.15pm comes. No delivery. Phones restaurant - 10/15 mins away, no apology. 7.45pm comes. No food. Phone again, hear conversation with driver who said he was 15 mins away. Guy on phone says ‘on his way, we’ve got a shortage of drivers’. Restaurant need to stop taking online orders knowing delivery times are nowhere near. Plus lying on the uber system saying it’s been collected on the uber eats system at 6.45pm so manipulating their system too. Annoying the food was ok. Delivery driver clearly had been moaned at several times as ‘don’t shoot the messenger’
