China Aroma — Restaurant in Tamworth

Disgusting food – both undercooked and overcooked, completely inedible! The quality has been declining for some time, but our last order was absolutely terrible. I appreciate that any kitchen can have an off day, but customer service is where you have the chance to put things right. Unfortunately, China Aroma showed zero interest in correcting their mistakes, even after admitting: “We have an issue with the supplier, that’s why your rice is sticking together and is as hard as bullets” and “Yes, I have some of the chow mein here in front of me, it does look awful.”

Despite this, no replacement food or refund was offered. Atrocious customer service, appalling food, and a loyal customer now lost. Please steer well clear or order at...

At long last, a good quality meal with great customer service. I have not ordered local Chinese or Indian food for a long time because the quality in Tamworth has been worse than dreadful. I saw the reviews for China Aroma and reluctantly decided to give Tamworth takeaways another go today with my hard-earned. WOW! Delicious! The food was delivered hot, when promised and with good customer service (no really- we were given good service in Tamworth!!) There was fresh, tasty, al dente veg, delicate (and again fresh) garlic and ginger and tender proteins. I know you too may have lost hope, but go to the China Aroma site for a discount and taste what we have all been missing. You won’t be...

Lady on the phone was lovely ...the food on the other hand ...awful...I wasted £24 because all the food went in the bin after I called them ...called them to say the food had a funny taste and wasn't pleasant at all and made my little girl feel sick and I was also poorly. All they said was when I order from them again they will look after me....not going to happen because if you can't look after a customer with a bad order there and then then I definitely won't go back.
