Hi people, here we are again & at the end of the day my review is based on today's/ tonight's visit & as such I had a great time. Lost 3-0 at snooker "plenty of tables" which are upstairs. I really struggled with the heat tbh "not using it as an excuse though " #clutching at straws"! 😂 New gaffer in & obviously really seems to making ago of the place so they've got 4 till 7 half price offer going on for the pool & there's a new extended beer garden at the back "weather permitting" & regular poker nights too. Travelled from Suffolk to play 2 qualifiers at £50 entry per competition into a Q-School Snooker tournament. Where the qualifiers would play grand finals and the winner of the grand finals would get their q-school entry paid for. Qualified on my second attempt but the grand finals subsequently got cancelled because “some people couldn’t make it”. Some of the entry fees were going towards to grand finals and never got an answer about where this money has gone.
