I had high hopes for this place given the reviews. But then these can easily be faked. I politely asked where the toilets were and was told to use the public loos up the road, when I explained I have a medical condition could I be allowed to use theirs as I have a medical pass on my phone I can show. I was told due to GDPR rules & regulations they would not allow me to use it. (why has my personal data got anything to do with using a toilet in a cafe with quite a few tables when they have no personal data on record for me?) Not sure how they get away with not offering facilities as I’m sue it’s with 10 seats or more for eat in you should offer it to any customer not just disabled customers or with medical conditions. If caffeine is a religion, then Bianca’s coffee shop is the cathedral. I only popped in for a flat white, and somehow left convinced I could run a marathon, write a novel, and finally tackle that pile of laundry I’ve been ignoring for six weeks. Spoiler: I did none of those things, but the coffee gave me confidence.

The cakes? Outrageously good. I swear they must be baked with a sprinkle of witchcraft, because there’s no way a Victoria sponge should taste THAT fluffy. Service is so friendly it almost feels like you’re catching up with mates—except these mates actually remember your order and don’t judge you when you go back for your third pastry.

Me and some friends came on Sunday 22nd June and had mixed reviews. The food was delicious but we waited for over 45 minutes for it. 2 sandwiches. Our friends came out a bit sooner but then we waited at least 15 minutes after and therefore had to eat seperate. This was met with quite rude service from the lady (who in fairness was working alone) but was not in the slightest apologetic for the long wait. There were only 2 tables in total waiting for food and both were dissatisfied with the wait time. The lady actually blamed us saying ‘I did say there would be a wait when you ordered’ which was entirely untrue.
