When we arrived having booked earlier than i originally requested (at the request of the restaurant) we were sat outside on a very windy evening as the rest of the restaurant was being set up for a large party (but more on the thoughts of the staff about this party later) Disappointing meal. I had meatballs and having been to Greece a few times had a rough idea what to expect. Was very disappointed to receive 5 small Ikea sized meatballs with a bit of salad and some greasy chips and no kind of sauce. Whilst the meatballs were fairly nice to taste it certainly wasn't worth over £10. My wife had the mousakka and this was also a disappointment. The bechemel layer had become a kind of dumpling layer which wasnt very pleasant to eat. It also had random pieces of courgette and was lacking the distinct layers you would expect. Overall it was no more than ok. We seemed to wait a long time for service even though there were only 4 tables being sat at. The restaurant staff spent a lot of time with people who appeared to be regulars and spent a lot of time boasting about how they were "going to keep the drinks flowing" and find ways to encourage the large party to part with vast amounts of money. One lady who appeared to be an owner was happy to bad mouth the booked large party as they has apparently significantly reduced the size of their booking but were still bringing nearly 50 people. This was unnecessary and made us feel that custom may not always feel welcome. Nearly £40 for a meal we could have prepared better in our own kitchen and definitely authentic greek/Cypriot food. When we made the waiter aware of the issues with meal there was a half hearted apology and to be honest he didn't seem at all bothered about it. A different member of staff brought the bill over so he could go back to his previous boasting with another couple. I'm glad they didn't ask for a tip as I don't like being rude and probably would have been if they...

As this was my first restaurant after finding out about some recent allergies I was a little nervous about what I could have, how annoying I may be etc. but I was so impressed with the range of vegan food on offer as well as the detail the chef/owner went into to make sure not only myself, but several others in the restaurant had the orders made specially, without contamination. Our service was amazing. Our waiter made light jokes with us all evening and it made it really enjoyable to see our waiter be able to relax with us and chat to us briefly when he wasn't serving others. He made excellent recommendations, and also explained to me the changes that were being made to my order, as well as making sure an ingredient that was being substituted into my dish was something I could have. I really appreciate the chef/manager came out and spoke to us as well. For a small restaurant, with a small time, everything was as expected. The stress of having to keep up with everything was something that didn't show through body language or behaviour and you can only expect to have to wait sometimes a little longer for one singular waiter to come over. It's not an issue! It was a relaxed evening, in a lovely small restaurant, with a very wonderful team who absolutely applaud for their efforts tonight. A soya and dairy allergy is hard to cook for, so I cannot thank you enough for your efforts in making me feel...

We booked a table here after reading good reviews and this place is honestly the worse food I've ever eaten. We ordered the meze at £35 for 2 which was a meze of all the starters on the menu. The first thing to arrive was 4 tiny pots, one of was cold tinned white Beans in a Tomato sauce (4 Beans), super bland, the next 2 tiny vine leaf rolls, again bland no flavour and the 3rd 6 Green Olives and the 4th, 2 tiny meatballs that tasted of nothing and were rubbery. At this point we should have left because the food didn't get any better and the portion sizes were ridiculously small, they wouldn't even fill a small child. We had a bite size sausage at one point and we were nearly sick, just pure gristle, didn't eat it. There is nothing authentic Greek about this restaurants food and it's very poorly cooked and well over priced for what you get. I think this is the first time ever i have left a restaurant still hungry and had to go elsewhere for food straight after. I don't know who is leaving good reviews about this place, i can only assume...

We were lucky enough to secure the Greek Arch for my son's wedding and they were amazing. There was a fantastic atmosphere, such a friendly owner, so accommodating, who treated us like family. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the planning and execution of the event. The staff were welcoming, thoughtful, smiley and constantly checking whether drinks or anything else was needed. They were super efficient and genuinely enjoying helping the day run smoothly. The food was incredible, well presented and such good value. Communication was excellent. They bent over backwards to make sure the wedding celebration was a success. I honestly couldn't have asked for more, it was a fantastic day! Just perfect in every way, thank you all so much.

What a little gem of a restaurant. Completely by chance we stumbled on this authentic Greek (Cypriut) restaurant whilst enjoying a stroll around Ramsgate Harbour. We were received very warmly at the door, shown to our choice of table. The inside of the restaurant is charming & authentic, you really could be in Cyprus. The lunchtime menu was full of traditional Greek dishes, all homemade from the kitchen, which is fully visible from where you sit. The service provided was pitched at just the right level, attentive but subtle. We will definitely go back & will certainly be taking friends & family, it's too good not to share & I'm really not that selfish.

Lovely little restaurant. For starters we had houmous, halloumi and sausage which was good, especially the houmous, this was delicious. For main we shared the meatballs and a chicken kebab. The meatballs were good though it would have been nice to have some more meatballs - or if they were a bit bigger. The fries were very good. The chicken kebab was ok, cooked well but not much seasoning. It would have been really nice to have been offered some dip with it as it was a little dry with the pitta. But we did enjoy our visit.
