Summary: Had such an amazing time here. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was good and the food was yummy. Given that this is a place loved by alot of people, there was a long wait line to get in but they managed it properly and made sure to seat waiting patrons immediately an availability suitable to the number of people became present. Definitely recommended for anyone in Manchester especially if you're at the Trafford Centre to shop or a family time out. Did I mention that the staff were so polite and welcoming. We had a blast dining here, totally enjoyed it 💯👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾.

Read moreI attended Nando’s in Trafford Centre on 21/06/22 with my Mrs arrived around 17:30 we were greeted straight away and given a table and advised on how to order 2 methods, first is via QR Code and signing up to Nando ordering system (I admit I did have a look and it wasn’t that bad to complete an order) second is to take the menu to one of the tills and order face to face (showing my age but this is my preferred method even though I am techy person).
The place from outside didn’t look busy but once we were inside, I would say it was ¾ full we had a look at the menu took us about 5-7 minutes to decide what to eat.
We ordered:
Fino Pitta (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sides: Regular Peri Chips Regular Rice
Sunset Burger (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sides Regular Peri Chips Regular Garlic Bread
1 x Bottled Water 1 x Diet Coke (Bottomless)
Total = £31.65
I was contemplating a starter such as Houmous with PERi-PERi Drizzle, personally I should of got it or I should of order something bigger as my meal (Sunset burger was smaller than anticipated) another small criticism my Mrs stated was on her Fino Pitta most of the sauce was on one side of the Pitta so by the time she ate chicken there was remaining Pitta with loads of sauce which she left, food took around 10-15 minutes to arrive and we already got the sauces and cutlery (as it is self service) no complaints on the service the food was nice and fresh all is well.
Customer service is good and the staff and very helpful.
I did notice some certain seating area lack privacy where are other do have more privacy so I guess you can ask where you would prefer to be seated on your personal preference (as long as it is not major busy).
Just to let other Muslim patrons know they do sell alcohol also I didn’t know this as I haven’t been here for very a long time (I mean years!) some would say I have been living under a rock...
The only other food establishment (currently as I will try others in due course) I have eaten from in Trafford centre is Archie's and Nando’s is 10x better in food and customer service...
Read moreWe visited on a Tuesday hoping it wouldn’t be too busy, it was very busy however obviously that’s understandable and can’t be helped. What can be helped however is the staff attitude. We were waiting in the queue for roughly half an hour, as we got to the front a woman in the queue next to us had her phone stolen, she was largely ignored by staff and she was asking if we had seen. A staff member came over to tell us they had a table for us and as I went to just say ‘i’m really sorry i hope you find it’ to the woman, a blonde female member of staff shouted ‘HE SAID TABLE FOR TWO’ right at us, whatever anyway we headed to the table where there were kids screaming and running about the entire time we were there. Went to order on the QR code however we had a gift card as it was actually a birthday trip, but apparently you can’t put them in online and you have to go the till which isn’t a great idea from nando’s when they have branches this busy, so had to go up to order which again the queues inside were absolutely massive and the staff were moving really slowly, my partner then got shouted at by the same woman as earlier for apparently not being stood in exactly the right spot (it was so busy she was just stood where she could be) i work in hospitality and know it is stressful when it’s busy however there is never an excuse to shout at customers, and me and my partner were already extremely overwhelmed at this point to the point my partner was nearly in tears after being shouted at. What’s the point in having a queue outside if you can’t even manage the customers inside and people are having things stolen and staff are shouting at customers? when the order eventually came it was also wrong, i ordered a grilled chicken pitta and added cheese etc however it came as just a small uncut lump of chicken breast with a tiny bit of hot sauce in a pitta for £8, actually quite depressing. Just felt like a waste of a birthday, with the gift card and having to spend our own money on top when we could have just gone...
