Even the tech works! The app ordering is slicker than a fresh drizzle of PERinaise, the drinks arrive with lightning speed, and they check in on you. Not once. Not twice. They genuinely seem to care that you’re having a good time, and that's just brilliant.

Daytime dining here is the best, and it always seems to attract the nicest customers. It must be a magnet for good vibes, or maybe, just maybe, the awesome staff rub off on everyone who walks in the door.

Read moreI went to Nando’s for a meal for Valentines Day And we made our order and specified we wanted our chickens very very well done. The chicken came and I used my fork and knife to cut and eat I saw that the chicken was still very soft and tender which is not the texture or “very very well done” preference we usually eat here. This was the same for my Mothers food we had to return it. The Manager and Supervisor were refusing to put the food back on the grill and were telling me there is nothing they can do because I had cut and eaten my chicken (cross contamination) but my point was the chicken was still not cooked well to my taste, my sibling also disputed this and said they can either give me my refund or cook it to my preference even though my other family members had their chicken cooked very well and we brought their chicken back to show the difference. We were then told the difference in appearance is due to the sauce used - which for a household of cooks and people who clean and oven cook chicken or bbq chicken on occasion could not believe the attitude and the excuses being given. The other times we have gone to the Nando’s and asked for the chicken to be very well done it was done by the staff (black staff mostly) to perfection. I say this to highlight a difference in cooking standards and customer preferences. Read moreI went to Nando’s Manchester White City last Friday which was the 29th of July, I hadn’t been to Nando’s for sometime & looked forward to it me & my cousin went in & from the start to be fair & transparent was completely disappointed as we had come all the way from London & was having a break in between meetings.
The tables were not cleared & messy, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy, our food took around forty minutes to arrive which was frustrating as we was hungry.
The girl serving us was friendly hence the rating being reflective of that but she was forgetful unfortunately & the majority of the staff seemed uninterested.
There was one staff member having his lunch break opposite us as he should but we was verbally & visually unhappy due to the wait time, considering the size & scale of Nando’s you would think there would be an area where staff could eat their lunch in their own space but that aside he was the only one sitting near/around us again with messy tables.
I hope if I ever find myself in Manchester again that there is improvements as overall the retail park & location was convenient therefore I may come back in the future & I hope this helps you improve...
