I was violently ill after drinking one of their milkshakes and messaged the facebook page to discuss this with them. The message was read and ignored. A day later I sent another message to chase up a response. Message not read at all. Popped into the shop to speak to the management and I was met with instant denial and defensive attitude.
If you offer VEGAN items on your menu, you should have dedicated utensils for said products. You wouldn't order a vegan burger from a restaurant and expect it to be cooked on the same grill as meat! I shouldn't have to state that I have a dairy allergy/intolerance, as any vegan will tell you as soon as you stop consuming dairy you lose your ability to digest it!

While small and cosy they still manage to have an impressive range. All the flavours I've tried have been delicious.
The milk they use manages to be creamily refreshing while not too thick - ideal for these hot days the weather forecast promises are coming.
AND they now have an alcohol licence, so look out for upcoming interesting new flavours.
The biscuit range is delicious: Oreo, Digestive, Ginger..., as well as more traditional flavours.
