Kyle was very nice. I had a free birthday donut 🍩 I had a chocolate 🍫 dreamcake for my birthday donut and a strawberry iced donut the yesterday both delicious 5 out of 5. Last serving was polite enough- no real enthusiasm or engagement but polite. Doughnuts are tiny and really flat. I had a box of 4 for £9 which certainly isn't cheap. Had a selection of 3 different types- thwy all tasted ok, very little filling and very sweet and artificial. I wouldn't buy Krispy Kreme again, especially when there's lots of other retailers selling better doughnuts.

It was just 5pm and we were not allowed to sit down as they closed the sitting area, as was told off by the lady cleaning that day (10/2/20)..and they close the store at 6pm suppose to be..how cruel is that.she pointed the sitting area of quadrant, so we have to go, bringing along our doughnuts and coffee..while they where laughing at us..We felt so discriminated by these people as this was our second time to experience this kind of situation in this same krispy creme,...

Had a free birthday donut to redeem so that bumps it up from 1 star but £3.50 for a donut is awful (I had biscoff) Tasted rubbish anyway and was lacking flavor and sweetness. Today I also had a free birthday donut from Lidl which was only worth 45p but tasted a lot nicer. Overall if it's free it's ok but I wouldn't pay over £1 for one. Next year I'll have a different one and hopefully that will taste better (probably be worth £4 next year as it was...
