Lizzy's Caernarfon — Restaurant in Wales

Myself and my friends had booked a table at Lizzy’s and were greeted with a smile and shown to our table. The waitress was very attentive and took our food orders promptly. I decided on the pâté with onion marmalade for starters. Oh my goodness!! The side salad was so fresh and tasty! The pâté itself was amazing and I couldn’t get enough of the marmalade! I almost licked the bowl that it was served in! I ordered the gammon for my main, which was served with egg AND pineapple, peas and homemade chips. The chips were delicious, as was the gammon. This is a little gem, tucked away down a quiet street. We were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't made a reservation, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderfully delicious, all homemade, including the cheese and onion pie - made with a family recipe. Portions were generous, but room was made for a delicious sticky toffee pudding for dessert. If we ever come back to Caernarfon rest assured we will definitely be visiting...
