Used to frequent on a regular basis...NEVER again...asked for no carrots with a xmas dinner and sprouts instead ...answer from Maggie NO!..teach her some manners btw....and you advertise yourself as a coffee shop also..however ..if you don't spend the amount of money they want they will throw you out..total contradiction ..Just discovered Franco's and Gershwins where the food is much better and they will accomodate your needs and change an item unlike sam's...i will never frequent this establishment again after spending so much time and money there.....the only positive is Nikita and Carly are so lovely and a great asset to the establishment unlike Maggie who is damn rude ..you never know who you're going to get with her..i will never go...

Sadly I had the same experience yesterday as I had in Francos. It is understandable a business has to be run and yesterday was very busy. As someone waiting on my own for a friend to come along I was asked to move to another table which is fine . My friend then eventually arrived and then the waitress asked me to move bank to the original table as there were two of us. It is embarrassing and I must find a cafe that caters for me waiting. My friend is elderly and her mobility is not too good so I'm very limited. I would prefer to go to Burger King where if you're on your own you don't get moved.
