This particular Subway, which has sadly become the worst Subway location in my experience. Despite giving them numerous chances, my orders are consistently wrong, with accuracy sitting at a dismal 1%. The staff consistently fail to read the delivery orders correctly, even when explicit instructions are given through the Uber app. One would assume that a simple request like not toasting the sub would be easy to follow, yet my sandwiches arrive toasted, alongside other incorrect items. Even after reaching out to them and explaining the situation, the same mistakes persist, leaving me utterly frustrated. Regrettably, I've reached the point where I can no longer tolerate the repeated errors and lack of attention to detail. I've decided not to visit this Subway location ever again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. It's a shame that such a well known brand has let its standards slip to such a disappointing extent. The countless 1 and very low star reviews do not surprise me in the slightest. Read moreAbsolutely terrible! Just went there for lunch today and the worst Subway I've been to. Ordered a wrap and the lady serving me was rushing me for starters and absolutely rude.
Had only asked for little bit of BBQ sauce on my wrap and she absolutely drenched it to the point the wrap itself was totally drenched and split when I opened it. There was far too much sauce I didn't end up finishing it as it wasn't even edible. Wanted some spinach however that looked finished with no top up.
Also, there was a piece of grilled chicken in the red peppers. I am not vegan myself but this is worrying for anyone who is for personal or religious reasons. The server realised I noticed and she quickly picked it out and threw it.
