Nan bread on kebab was crispy instead of soft and did not looked freshly made, the apple pie was not cooked properly it tasted of under cooked pastry (had to throw away) . This on top of the delivery driver having problem finding our house and after I gave him directions to where our house was he felt unsafe to leave his car and asked me to come out to him, We live in a residential close with no dark alleyways, it's just that's it quiet here at night for most part. I was in my pjs and bare foot at the time. We always have to train deliver drivers up because it's a car less close but first time I have ever been asked to go get it from them because...

I ordered chicken strips and BBQ chicken wings as well as garlic mayo and chilli dips. The images on the menu are extremely misleading. The chicken strips tasted alright and were seasoned. However the chicken wings were horrible. The chicken had just been boiled, put in a box and sprayed with Barbecue sauce. The order took 1 hour to deliver. Delivery person was nice though, she gave me £1 off for the late delivery. The dips were good but what else would you expect from something that is bought from a supplier. I expected better service and good but have been disappointed. It's certain that I won't be ordering...

AVOID all costs I ordered a meal deal and didnt get either pizza I ordered. I ordered a margarita pizza with extra toppings which I paid extra for and didnt get. I ordered a meat feast and got a barbecue chicken. Plus no bottle of Pepsi. When i called to complain i got told I wont receive any replacements and if I.want to complain go ahead they dont care it's all weve heard for the last 3 days. Rude vulgar employees plus the driver wouldnt deliver to my door I had to go outside and downstairs to fetch it. I.have never been so angry in my life completely disgusting service and theft aswell.
