This was our first visit to recently opened HEM and we were extremely happy with our experience. This is a small restaurant with only 18 covers, so the attention from the front of house staff is welcoming and friendly. We were looked after by Seb and Odesa. The real star here is the food by talented chef Dan Cavell. There is a set menu with each course being imaginative and tasty. My wife and I shared a wine flight from the well selected wine list and the selections matched the food perfectly. Expect to pay £50 a head for the vegetarian menu and £60 for the meat menu (with the service charge). Excellent value for the quality of the food and service. We wish them well for the future and look forward to our next visit.

We visited Hem on a Saturday night The food was outstanding from start to finish. We had bar snacks to start with Homemade bread with Marmite butter, potato bravas, Burrata with chili and lemon. Great way to hit it off! Followed by chicory, local coppa ham, Parmesan and honey The main course had eveything, sweet, salty and the succulent pork fillet with charred pork belly. What's not to like 😍 The dessert was a take on Pain au chocolate with boozy raisins. The final bite was lemon heaven! We will be back. Dan is a talented chef and Seb the host was knowledgeable and attentive but not overbearing! Thanks guys we wish you all the success in the world!

Lovely addition to the high-end good scene in Warwick. We have been longing for some fancy restaurant, which is worth the hype ! Yes, it is a bit pricey, but the quality is there. You have the choice between 2 menus , normal or vegetarian. The service was on point. All the staff was very knowledgeable and they could cater for different dietary requests. For instance, i am pregnant , and i am supposed to have rare beef . They cooked it well done, and it was still melting in my mouth! They also had a delicious no-sceco , so i didn't feel left out on the party. I'm looking forward to trying their new menus !
